The grip on my cell phone is broken.
The next day after I received the goods, the phone fell out of my hands onto the carpet and the handle inside the phone broke. An inch of plastic came out and the rest of the handle was stuck inside. I've tried everything to find out. Now I can't use a pen with my Note at all. Very disappointed
