After installing both brackets, I found that neither had a 90 degree angle in the locked position. One mount was about 85 degrees (slightly lower) and the other about 110 degrees (too high). To be fair the seller offered a refund/replacement but I severely damaged one of the mounts trying to align it. higher angular position.
