I bought this case along with the new iPad as a Christmas present. I was very disappointed to find that it didn't match the iPad I bought, even remotely. The big disappointment was that I gave it to my husband as his smaller iPad was in dire need of a new case. It fit well but got in the way of the headphones so every time he tried to watch Netflix the audio kept cutting out until he finally got disgusted and took the iPad out of the new case and then they worked fine. Very disappointed that you cannot get a refund for an item purchased for Christmas as it was purchased in October and the return period is only 30 days. I think you should wait until the last minute to buy things and then hope they arrive on time so that you can get a refund if they don't work.
