16" room fan is even louder. Although the sound of this fan and the volume at the maximum setting is unpleasant (though not unbearable). 3 speeds easy on/off, one button on the back. Rotation is a nice feature. I prefer not to attach the cord to the unit in case I need more length or a replacement but at least it doesn't get lost. kawaii cat ears. I would have preferred pink but bought white. because it was cheap. Is it better than one $4 Daiso USB fan? I don't know. They don't have rotation and all sales are final. So technically yes. I really need a fan that rotates around 2 axes well not just one so it doesn't fit that brand. My goal was to pay less so it would be nice to put a battery pack somewhere to use wirelessly, add some weight to the base but doesn't serve my purpose.As a portable valve ator that can be placed on a table, in a car, etc., it is suitable.
