All I wanted was a new set with case. Well I received a piece of paper with my purchase telling the customer that if they don't like the product they will send another product. mmm Red flag. So I open it and the main reason I bought this product is because the case is not like the picture. There was no 2 level flip up. An ordinary powder compact with eyelashes in a plastic form that just falls out of the case, what's the use of a case if the cilia won't hold? Silver lining inside the case? A piece of paper that also falls out. So false advertising. Now. liners Wildly sticky. For example, does this formula contain superglue? Difficult to remove but never dries out. My eyelids seem to stick together after 85 every day. Oh, and the lashes themselves? First, some of the fibers never bonded properly and fell off the edges and sometimes got in my eyes. Could I take the time to request and wait for another product? Yes. However, I am completely put off by the thought of this company sending me anything else after this horrible product and I don't want to waste my time and energy on something that is likely to be just as inadequate.
