I am very glad I bought this bag! My little puppy might even be happier :). We've had the bag for a week now. Although he didn't like it at first (he's claustrophobic), he couldn't wait to slip back into it once he realized the bag meant adventure. We went on a trip and the bag turned out to be very convenient. We could easily visit shops and restaurants and go on long hikes. I also take it to work every day so I like that the bag looks professional and has a laptop sleeve. It's really spacious; I can carry my dog and more! I can even use it as a regular backpack, not just a dog carrier. I think it would be great for travel or grocery shopping. I'm very impressed with the quality. It seems very durable! There are only 2 things I don't like about this bag. First, the latches that hold the lid in place (bottle opener) are too big so the lid pops open every time I put the bag down. Also, the inner tether is too long for my small dog. I wish it was adjustable. If it wasn't for these 2 issues I would give this bag 5 stars.
