The backpack's cool look isn't enough for me not to notice how bad its structure is. The pouch was constantly putting pressure on our dog, making it difficult for him to relax or even sit up. Unfortunately he was pushed so hard that he became nauseous and vomited in/around a very oddly placed tiny pocket on the inside front. This bag is also very difficult to clean and absorbs odors. Not satisfied - gladly again. Not suitable for air travel.

I travel a lot with my dog and carrier bags are heavy and don't usually fit well under the seat. This makes transport at the airport a lot easier and fits perfectly under the seat side can stretch out and feel more comfortable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is that the magnets on the straps are weak which doesn't seem to be a problem but when you have them in your bag the weight pulls the front down letting it hang . . I'm in love with this bag. While there can be a little heavy overtime (mainly because of the dog) and minor design flaws, the pros outweigh the cons. Apparently my dog loves this bag so much that we are now having a hard time getting him to walk. I am very glad I bought this bag! My little puppy might even be happier :). We've had the bag for a week now. I really wanted to love this bag. In terms of design, the shape design is very convenient to carry a small pet. Inside there's even a belt/necklace attachment and carabiner for a leash on the back. This is by far the most comfortable dog carrier we have. A few wishes: The inner leash is short, it is difficult for the dog to move. Her shoulder height is 12 inches. Since she is well behaved, I don't usually use this leash. When it arrived there was a smell of toxic vinyl, probably from the straps, bottom and side vents.
