I ordered this product a size larger than the manufacturer recommended and was glad I did. Although the manufacturer claims it fits a hip 3-7 inches larger than mine, it feels tight. For those who are allergic to latex, please note that this product contains latex. There is no metal in this orthosis - it is made entirely of fabric. However, the fabric is not very breathable and will make you sweat. It's a very thick, heavy splint, and its presence can bother you when you're trying to exercise, whether that's lifting weights, walking, or more active sports. However, if you have a tight muscle, you can do light exercise that you might not otherwise be able to do, and the heat generated by your muscles can help speed healing. For the price I give 5 stars. For the prompt delivery and packaging by the seller, I rate this with 5 stars. For the representation of the product dimensions, I rate this with 3 stars. Overall 4 stars.
