I ordered a size larger than my foot based on other reviews. I would advise you to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. As recommended, I have medium-sized feet and ordered a large instead of a medium (partly because I have a large sleeve from another manufacturer and it fits great). They fit and stay on their feet, but the environment would probably be better. I like my McDavid sleeve a little better.
