It's not a miracle pillow, but it's ok.
This pillow works when I sleep on my side but often roll onto my back. It actually caused discomfort in the mornings when I sleep on my back. I tried to move it without much relief. I've been using this pillow for about 2 weeks. I've noticed that I toss and turn less and generally wake up less. I have postural problems, back and shoulder pain, mild scoliosis and myofascial pain. I will keep trying.
