The best thing about this is that it helps me organize my work easily as well give updates for all our clients in one place by attaching pictures or documents through emails etc., which we can also upload using WIFI when out at sites/jobsites instead if having paper copies like I used to do before! It's very flexible too!! Sometimes there are issues but they get sorted quickly especially since its free version (which works better than paid versions).

Nothing really dislike other then maybe some minor user interface changes could be done regarding design layouts so things would feel less cluttered sometimes depending how big their screens might not have much space left over compared to what should actually fit into them. This has helped us streamline everything related to client maintenance jobs, quotes & reports within just 1 dashboard where both employees & supervisors now needn't search around different files manually anymore - hence time saved.
