Brilliant website with generous promises when you register your product. However, I've found customer service to be very slow to resolve issues - the light glass breaks within a month (careful - the red glass is a very light clip on the structure that breaks off if you turn the bike over and lie down on the bike maintenance saddle). /change tires/fix plane etc.) - I think my fault I asked for help via contact email with photos of broken light - took two emails to get a reply and got a reply, that everything is delayed - that was seven weeks ago and still no replacement lenses! The saddle is ok, NOT very comfortable initially as it is quite stiff and not soft at all. After about five days and three (10 miles) rides, it didn't hurt to sit on it! So hold on. Pros: Inexpensive and the taillight is a great feature. It would be better if the light was more reliable (and used AAA batteries instead of limited life batteries). And the seat is a little softer. Too bad they missed a great saddle in those big moments! UPDATE Replacement glass arrived after 10 weeks, now repaired, thanks! - The downside is that the price of POST COViD 19 has increased from $23 to the current price of over $40.
