Very disappointed. Received my order today and neither the shampoo nor conditioner is missing from the box (the ribbons are unmarked so I don't know what's missing). I don't know how it got through quality control. To make matters worse, it was sent to me for convenience, now I have to find the time to send it back. At first glance the bar I received looks much smaller than I expected. Update: I received my replacement order. I still don't know which is the shampoo and which is the conditioner. Attached is a photo of how small they are. On the plus side, they smell nice. Update 2: I've used them a few times. The big bar is shampoo. The shampoo lathers really well. The air conditioning works well. But it's hard to tell if it's evenly distributed until you wash it off. So I increased my rating by one star. I would give the product a 4 and the delivery a 2, so the average is a 3.
