It's VERY difficult for a product to get 5 stars from me but it's VERY close. . . beautiful. I am very impressed with the paper and have several forests of origami paper from different countries and companies. There is a very good company that I have LOTS of packs from and their colors and paper quality are pretty much in line with the price. . . but the cut is often a little "wrong" for precise pleats. On some models this is 1/16 or 1/32 inch. My guess is that cutting is done at "offshore" locations and much more stringent "quality control" is required. However, this product from Paperkiddo really exceeded my expectations. Some marble patterns have an "almost metallic" type of veining that is AWESOME! The marbling itself is very varied and shows great thought and care - very artistic and classic in many ways. The cut on almost every sheet I've tried is perfect or very close. They made sure the paper was perfect, or as close to it as possible. Some have very small inaccuracies, maximum 1/32, but relatively rare. It folds relatively well, albeit fairly thin - again, "thick" paper, like some Japanese beauties, doesn't hold up well to some creases, but this paper holds up so far. I was surprised as I immediately thought that a regular tie would cost maybe £20, but the folding worked (nothing complicated and no moving parts to change the expiration date) for the 30 stars I made for OrigamiUSA Christmas gifts . I'm still a fan of this newspaper and will see what else they have and what surprises they will bring us in the future. A contrasting color on the back is suitable for some models. Highly recommended.
