Turns out it doesn't work with 26 gauge metal roof. Dent and stain the paint on the standing seam. The company's customer service could not be contacted and they did not return calls or emails. The instructions say it should be used in 24 gauge or thicker, but the instructions come with the product so I didn't receive them until after I ordered. I have returned the item.
