Delivery was great. Overall good product

Delivery was excellent. Generally a good product, but it takes a little knowledge to set up and get used to the design. Best for families who have a short list of people who will be using this product. Bad for installation in the "Captain's Chair" - better for the bench. The product was difficult at first. It comes with a front-facing setup and a few steps are required to prepare it for rear-facing installation. The instructions are a bit difficult to read as it is not clear how to tell exactly what you see in the picture. The seat must be reinstalled with rolled up towels under the area closest to the back of the seat to lay it in an easy position. Tilt. Otherwise the roll tensioners could not move. However, the roller tensioner area is somewhat hampered by the slightly concave seat backrest. I would not recommend buying this car seat for a captain's seat as it fits a lot better on a bench. Here are a few simple things I had to learn a couple of times: When you put the baby in the seat, shrug your shoulders before he gets in, fasten the chest strap and red buckle, then pull all the slack on Your legs, so that nothing happens when tightened is pinched. Use both hands to turn the slats as there aren't many levers to turn. When you take the child out of the seat, press the red button, then loosen the straps, and then open the chest straps. This avoids squeezing the legs and rubbing the neck, and prepares the seat for placing the child back in the seat later. FYI: The chest strap button is unintuitive to release and difficult to operate at first time. This seat fits my 6 month old daughter well in my 2005 Honda Civic (with some towels to change the angle a bit) and I hope it will serve her well for some time to come. Advantages: the child can sleep in the chair. The coasters are designed to be almost invisible when not in use. Belts are always tensioned evenly (left and right are guaranteed to be the same). Children's backrest, which can lead to posture problems. Cover seems difficult to remove and wash (didn't try). Bulky - larger than expected from the picture. Poor fit for concave rear seats - workaround possible another one if needed
