Connecting With Customers Via Chat And Email

I like how easy it is to keep a track of all the data I need. It is very easy to add or change the data I need to keep my team informed. The fact that it is on the cloud is very convenient. I would recommend it to all. The only thing I dislike about Liveforce is that it is currently not available on mobile devices. But, I know that it has plans to have it on mobile. So all is well. I am happy with the service and how easy it is to use. It has made my life a whole lot easier, with tracking information in the cloud. The fact that it is online and easy to use. The best thing about live force is that we get to connect with our customers easily via chat or email which helps us deliver amazing customer service experience at all times! I love how easy it has made my job so far by providing me instant feedbacks from users across different continents in real time without fail even when i am offline for long periods throughtout day! There should be more features added such as push notifications etc but overall its good enough!!
