Great platform and even easier now since LiveForce acquired Hiveage

I love that it is so easy to use! You can create all kinds of different types of campaigns in minutes without having any coding knowledge required at all. It's not very expensive for small businesses like ours which has helped us keep our budget within reason as well. The customer service could be better - they're great but sometimes their response times are slow or non-existent if we have questions about things outside what they offer directly through liveforce itself (such as third party…

Connecting With Customers Via Chat And Email

I like how easy it is to keep a track of all the data I need. It is very easy to add or change the data I need to keep my team informed. The fact that it is on the cloud is very convenient. I would recommend it to all. The only thing I dislike about Liveforce is that it is currently not available on mobile devices. But, I know that it has plans to have it on mobile. So all is well. Excellent customer service and very good technical support

The best thing about live force is that they are always willing to help even when its not something required by them or their clients! They have helped me with several projects over time which has been great because I get first hand experience in different platforms/softwares etc for my own use as well other client's needs too!! Their team members really know what there doing so if your looking into one place make sure u look at all aspects - communication skills especially but also pricing…
