I love that it can be used as both an o2o tool and also for marketing campaigns, so you don't have to rely just on one method of tracking your data. It's great being able to see how many people are actually clicking through from emails or even in-store visits. There is nothing really bad about this product at all. If anything, there could possibly be more features added but they've done a good job with what they already offer. We are solving several problems by combining our email list with data collected from in store visits. This allows us to target specific audiences and then follow up with them via email.
