So happy we purchased this hammock. We shopped around a lot and decided to go with this hammock because of the look and the reviews. It was very easy to assemble. The colors of the quilt are vibrant and it is extremely comfortable. We did have a little problem with one of the ropes that was attached to the spreader. It was fraying and we were concerned that it would break. Customer Service was helpful and told us that it should be okay and that if we had any problems to contact them. The fraying was in a bad spot and continued to weaken. We contacted customer service again and they immediately sent us a new hammock. They listen and take care of their customers. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
