I sent a video comparing two brushes to the seller, he was not impressed, he said that such a difference in sound was within the normal range for two different brushes, he offered to hand over the entire set to a service center at his own expense to identify a marriage (while you are 45 days without brushes at all ). We decided to wait until it breaks down (this will obviously happen earlier than after 2 years of warranty), so that later we can quickly replace or return the money without any problems. The only negative is that it is almost impossible to use it with such a sound, the feeling that there is not a brush in the mouth, but a drill. I take off 2 stars for the brush and 1 star for the unresponsive seller.
