Every LS1/6 owner should buy this tensioner.
Works! This is a mandatory upgrade for LS1/6 engines. The tensioner on them tends to squeak (like mine) and the outer lugs aren't high enough, causing the belt to sometimes fly off on hard downshifts (happened to me and many of my friends). This LS2 tensioner fixes both problems, the big one being the higher outer lip.
