I used to use Travel Agent Reservation System which was a terrible system to work with. This software system is so much better! It has integrated most important booking options including: Car Rentals, Motorcycle Rental, Boat Rental, Ski Lift Ticket Sales, Airport Parking Reservations, Snowmobile Rental, Tour Packages and Scooter/Snowmobile Rental. Our account manager has been great to work with - he listens and responds quickly. I am extremely happy with this new solution and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more efficient way to handle their car rental business.
Pros
- Works very well and integrates easily with other travel related systems.
- Has many options available to choose from.
Cons
- It does not have the same level of customization as Travel Agent Reservation System.
