I bought this remote control as an add-on. It is identical to the one that came with my new Samsung 65 inch HDTV. I just wanted an extra if I ever needed it. If/when ordering a replacement remote, make sure you get the correct one for your device. Samsung does A LOT of these things and sometimes removes a button or toggles it from side to side or its function or just eliminates it altogether. Just because the remote control you see here "seems" the same at first glance --- REALLY CHECK EVERYTHING ON IT TO BE SURE, otherwise you might NOT get the one you want. Try buying a new one. If not, the best refurbished you can find if you think you can trust the person you are buying it from.
