Bought used, not new

Apart from the unconvincing performance of the device, I have had bad experiences with this item. I received the device but it appears to be used. The package was not sealed. There were a lot of fingerprints on all devices. Some APK files have been downloaded and installed on the device. These downloaded files are still in the Downloads folder. The device settings do not match the default settings. I could just restore the device to its original state to avoid possible privacy and malware issues. But that doesn't change the fact that they sent me a used one, not a new one.
