Review on Enhanced Intel Core i7-5820K Desktop Processor (6 Cores, 3.3GHz, 15MB Cache) with Advanced Hyper-Threading Technology by Stanislaw Bieroza ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

I managed to buy it in June 2022 and then from my hands, the release of the i7-5820k has apparently already ended. You need to be incredibly lucky to buy it in the future, only the i7-6800k will remain under thecomver of which 40% of the dead crystal (this is especially infuriating! ). I had to gather all my will into a fist to make this probably the most significant deal in my life. The processor was bought for Skyrim, in all the reviews on YouTube this processor on this game, especially when stuffed with mods, gives the best results, and believe me it's true, ofcomurse I would like to see itcompete in Skyrim + 400 mods with i7-6800k but I don't think that the latter will win and even if it is, the i7-6800k is not a processor, it's Intel's spit in the face of the user, especiallycomnsidering that it is a little more expensive, although it shouldcomst less according to Moore's laws, which thecomrporation simply forgot about. In any case, a huge THANKS to intel for a truly "popular" six-core, we are waiting for 8-core models for 2066 for 20k. :) Probably this will happen in the year 2025. TitanFall game test on my processor

Pros
  • 12 graphs in task manager, 15MB cache, 28 PCI lanes, these are the characteristics of my i7-5820k, compared to the four 4th cores of the Q9650 that I had. it feels a bit of luxury, exposed my GTX 780 as an innocent girl, with this My system began to breathe, I am especially pleased with the repacking of "dense" archives over 500MB (when only one file needs to be deleted from the archive) on the Quad Q9650, I have been waiting for such processes for hours here, not even a minute passes, the feeling that you are sitting at a real computer. The Creation Kit for Skyrim began to work not just adequately, but fantastically fast. In all games, smoothness and a feeling of readiness of the processor to respond to any whim of the owner appeared, I don’t even know what to compare this feeling with.
Cons
  • My cooler from the s775 socket did not fit the new platform. I had to do plumbing, with the help of the straight arms of the hacksaw blade of an angle grinder and such and such a mother, I managed to fasten the Zalman CNPS7500-AlCu LED to the 2022-v3 socket.

Got pros: * 5 years ago was a very good pebble. * Manual overclocking up to 4.2GHz * 4-channel memory controller Its cons: * At that time, expensive motherboards based on the X99 chipset
