Review on VinoTrac by Wagner Witlin

I like that it allows me an easy way of entering my data in, as well allowing for quick access if needed without having all software open at once! Sometimes can be very slow loading when doing large quantities but this may just have been due our internet connection speed or maybe its how often we use vinotrac? Not really any dislike about Vinothtracs system currently though would say they could improve their customer service department by providing more personalised support rather than always referring users back through email which takes so long sometimes before getting replied too! Have found many uses since using them including tracking bottling date/time etc with ease compared other tools out there (eg winery management systems).
