One button publishing for many different accounts in one schedule allows me as an administrator to make sure there is no mistake about who gets paid when so it has improved organization with our client’s account list. A few years ago I used another program called Accountify which was more customizable but this system does what we need without customization being needed after adding data feeds into their database from my own databases created by QuickBooks Online. The only downside at time are some glitches during scheduled times where they do not sync quickbooks information correctly between two companies using two programs, or if something changes within quickbook such as making change to invoice/credit memo etc., This will send them through multiple cycles updating before getting back up again once corrected causing issues with clients payment due date sometimes days later than expected. Improve visibility into cashflow status and help reduce risk exposure around payment dates. Help track invoicing to ensure timely payments to suppliers while also having clear insight on how long outstanding balance could possibly run before cash flow stops running allowing us to determine additional financing options. Helps maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders since its easy I like that it has some great features that help to make a better business decision, such as generating reports and creating graphs. There are not many things that I dislike about this software. It has helped us out with our sales team and other functions. I have been able to use the software to help me keep track of all of my contacts, which allowed me to see who was doing more work. We were also able to use it to create our budget.
