Review on VTech Baby Glowing Lullabies Elephant, Blue: Soothing and Musical Companion for Your Little One by Shane Grosland

I ordered this item as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. When I took it out of the box, the first thing I saw was a tear in the box and it looked like something had crushed it. While the elephant is at work and a small child is unlikely to notice the condition of the box, I expect the gifts to be beautifully wrapped. I definitely wouldn't buy it from a store with a box like this. As this box was laying on top of everything else and there was nothing inside to cause a hole in it, this must have happened before it was placed in the shipping box. Is there a check on how the package looks before it is placed in the packing box? This is the first time this has happened with an order from Revain. If it was something for me I wouldn't care, but I expect something better when I give it.
