There are two complete units with all accessories in the box so that it can be installed on two helmets. One was fully charged and the other had about 1/4 battery life when received, but charging was quick and easy with the included charging cable (there are 2 charging cables. 1 for each device). The installation is very easy. The receiver units are mounted on the side of the helmet and all necessary hardware is included. Tiny screws attach the receiver mount to your helmet. No need to drill holes and damage it. Each unit has a set of speakers. They are connected by wires and the wires are the right length to lace under the helmet's padding without leaving tons of wires. Each unit contains 2 microphones. One has an adjustable stand and the other is fixed so you can use both. The microphone and speakers are equipped with a Velcro with very strong adhesive to fix them. Connecting devices to mobile phones was very easy and it worked the first time. The devices have volume control, Bluetooth connectivity and answering machine functions. The accompanying manual gives very clear and easy to understand instructions on how to answer calls, wait for a call, etc. The sound quality is excellent, both when making calls and when listening to music. Definitely recommend these!
