These ring gauges are made entirely of black and white plastic. They reminded me of cable ties. To measure your ring size, simply insert the end of a plastic ruler into the small hole and adjust it to fit your finger. The arrow symbol shows you which ring size fits your finger. What I love about these sizes is that they are half sizes. I found out I no longer have a size 7 ring, I have a 7.5! I think I've gained some weight during this pandemic lol 😂 The price is pretty reasonable for a two pack and they work as intended so I'm happy with them!
