This is a small strip of plastic marked with the size of the ring. I can't tell if this is accurate as the markings are in half inch increments. Larger, less portable ring sizers can be as large as an eighth or a quarter of an inch. This is useful when you are not at home and need to know the approximate ring size.

These ring gauges are made entirely of black and white plastic. They reminded me of cable ties. To measure your ring size, simply insert the end of a plastic ruler into the small hole and adjust it to fit your finger. The arrow symbol shows you which ring size fits your finger.
