1. I had a big problem removing the old pull hose. I fought for several hours (the space behind the sink is very tight) and gave up. I was thinking of calling a plumber but didn't want to do it because of the pandemic.2. After a few months I had the idea if I could pull the entire faucet body out of the sink I could remove the old one as well. After spending about 2 hours I was able to remove it.3. After installing it, I checked it and there was water flowing out of the ball joint of the faucet head. I opened up the ball joint section and found the o-ring/washer was damaged. I opened up the old block and took the parts out of it. Works great, wife is happy. If the manufacturer had a good verification process, I would have fewer headaches.
