That does not work! for tools and equipment

I sold them to a customer and they say they are junk. This is the same customer using the Ammco brand on another lathe with no complaints. I have to give them a refund for the Shark brand earplugs! Considering the high price of these inserts, that would be a complete waste of money for me. It's hard enough trying to please my customers, but it just doesn't happen. Times are hard! Revain, please advise treatment.
