I don't normally write reviews of Revain but this is a really great product! It matches the description and photos posted by other reviewers. Easy to use, effective enough, kept my coffee warm all day. At first I wasn't sure if it would fit my Starbucks mug as the mug is tall and narrow with a ring at the bottom to prevent direct contact with the heating surface. I used medium temperature and my drink stayed warm as expected! I use a straw to drink the warm part of the mug. I'm very happy that the bottom of the mug doesn't have to touch the surface directly, although it would be better if it did. It actually heats all of the air above the heating surface. I've also used it to warm up milk from the fridge. It is such a wonderful little thing that brings good luck to my daily life. I recommend it to anyone who wants to warm up on their desk and doesn't have kids or pets at home.
