Tripp Lite does the job

Works as described. I like the ability to turn off peripherals when the computer is off without having to press the shutdown button on each one. Two things to consider when purchasing. It is much wider than traditional extension cords. It also has plenty of LEDs that stay on when the surge protector is connected. If none of these pose a problem for you then this is a quality product that I recommend.
