I purchased this tree on Sunday, November 6th. The estimated delivery date was November 22nd. That's 16 days.Two hours after purchasing the tree, the price dropped by $20, so I tried to cancel my order, planning to just order it again at the new price. TWO. HOURS. LATER.After trying to cancel, I get a message saying this item is being prepared for shipment and could not be canceled. Oh, REALLY? Two hours after ordering with an estimated delivery date SIXTEEN days away, and the order is suddenly being prepared for shipment?I called Best Buy customer support, and she was very friendly, but there was little she could do. She said third-party sellers are notorious for this type of thing. They'll give you a shipping date weeks away, but the second you try and cancel the order, they suddenly move the shipping date up.As it is, I received the item on Saturday, November 12th. The tree itself is ok. The convenience of it is fantastic, but the ornaments that come with it are plastic garbage, so you're definitely going to want to put some of your own ornaments on this tree.As it is out of the box, it would be just fine for an office or lobby, somewhere that you want a little Christmas cheer but don't want to put a ton of effort into it. Or for elderly people, as it's very easy to set up and take down.Overall, though, I was not impressed with the company itself. There are many trees like this out there, and I would highly suggest going with a different brand.
