It's an interesting experience, but I don't get to use it often. This confirmed my suspicion. It's not as comfortable as a real manual massage, but it's easier and cheaper. Planning and waiting for a massage is even worse. The heating function is my favorite because it feels natural and comfortable. Lately I've often been sitting in front of the computer and working for a long time, so that at the end of the day my neck always hurts. Almost every night before bed I wrap a hot towel around my neck. Now I have this product. Retains heat much better than towels.
