Quality product. Works well.

The stainless and hardware are good quality. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars on Install or Use is you do have to work the Metal. So people don’t expect it to just slide on with ease and tighten. If your mechanically inclined and have some patience it’s simple. They are made to be tight so it’s not just an easy slide on and tighten.

  • Have used them on heavy equipment exhausts, this one is for a stove pipe chimney on the house..
Cons
  • The clamp may not provide a tight enough seal, leading to poor performance and reduced fuel efficiency

High quality, good price

Bought this to seal up my 3' exhaust pipe, works great. Very durable, strong bolts and washers, and fits nice and flush with the exhaust. Very satisfied.

Pros

Made the exhaust like new

Did the job great. Stopped an exhaust leak on my son's car that woke up the neighbors whenever he started it. No more Thanks for attention!

Good time saving fix!

I had an exhaust break where previous owner welded in a short five inch extension which failed. I could have cut out a larger section of pipe to get beyond the welds, but using this band I was able to avoid that. As I torqued down the band it had the flexibility to conform to the surfaces of the existing exhaust pipe and seal the two sections.

Good, but . best in my review

Ended up not needing this, but could have easily used it. It was oblonged shaped like other pictures show. In my opinion, If your joining two pipes that are not the muffler outlet(which you can't use this for anyways) when you start tightening this up, it will conform to the pipe. Well worth the money even if it was an oval.

Looks excellent, feels heavy and of good quality, slipped right over my 4" exhaust and is holding it together perfectly.

Impossible to find locally

Happy with the quality and accuracy of dimensions. Specifically needed a 4.5” band clamp for a cummins exhaust, and amazon came through. Bolts are quality class 10.9. Would buy again. Nothing poorly made about it.

Strong and true in my review

I used to mount my motorcycle exhaust. I was not sure how it would look, work or fit. . But it worked perfectly! Almost better than I had expected. Thanks I know where to go if I have to do Antje exhaust!

Connected and seal the exhaust. 4”

I was skeptical but it came thru. Worked very well and doesn’t seem to leak any exhaust. I purchased this for my 7.3L Ford Excursion to connect my 4” down pipe to a tapered down 4” from 5” section.

Very nice and good alternative to welding

Good alternative to welding my replacement tips on my exhaust pipe. Does fit over 4.00 outside diameter pipe after 2 year on my daily driver I could still looses the nuts and bolts to adjust my tips. But I did use anti-seize as well but no rust on the clamp and minimal on the bolts.

The easy and smart way to connect exhausts

The easiest and smartest way to make an exhaust connection.I tried other clamps that still leaked, I tried to put a weld around my connections, but all it did was put small holes in and leaked exhaust.These clamps solved everything. Tight no leak connection and so much easier to install.

Works as intended. good for me

Used the 2” clamp for my 2011 Mazda CX-9, to plug or cover a hole in the exhaust. Worked as expected. Make sure you know the exact diameter when ordering these.
