I'm really surprised by the many negative reviews of this product. I personally like it! While I take customer reviews very seriously (it can happen that I don't buy a product because of negative reviews), I ended up buying this cable box because it was exactly what I wanted and I honestly couldn't find anything that compared to it. Yes, the material might seem a little cheap, but hey, that's what raw plastic looks like after all! Also, it will be hidden under the table, so it doesn't matter anyway. This cable box has been a lifesaver for me. I recently bought a new desk for the house, so I might have a small workspace and need a cable box that attaches to the desk and holds lots (lots!) of cables and adapters. The C-Clamp is very strong because I mounted it horizontally and the weight of all the adapters and cables it holds is significant! I am amazed at its ability to hold a lot of volume and weight. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cable box that you wouldn't want to put on the floor but would rather clip to a table.
