Most chairs weigh 250 lbs. I needed a chair that could handle the extra weight and a seat that was wide and deep enough to provide good hip support. They had a 16 day shipping window and it arrived right in the middle (7th day). Assembly took about 20 minutes. All parts came with simple instructions. It would be even quicker if I had an allen wrench for my rider (half of the bolts could only do a quarter turn before hitting another part of the seat and having to reposition the allen wrench. The lumbar support seems to hit where I need it. Mine The woman is 5 feet tall and her feet are too high for her feet to touch the ground. So it seems like the chair would fit a 5'3" or 5'4" person.
