It's ok for the price
It looks great, works great and is comfortable. I would recommend this if you just want to relax your neck every now and then. You cannot rely on it to cure a neck problem. I bought this because I had a stiff neck from my sleep, I was hoping it might make it easier, unfortunately it doesn't make it any better.
