The ability for us at this time was an excellent platform that allowed our group to communicate with customers regarding technical issues or other items such as warranty information. They assisted me personally when I faced some specific challenges while working through my account within their system! The only issue is there are times where it's hard sometimes to find things you're looking up because they don't have everything documented completely so be prepared for learning new terms/phrases etc. This allows your team members who may not use social media on daily basis but work closely with clients all day long - we can now easily contact them directly about any questions or concerns without having to go back and forth between groups first. We realized what were trying to do internally could also help others by sharing useful knowledge and tips via different platforms which would then benefit those outside of tech teams using these tools everyday versus just internal users.
