I wear women's size 9. I bought them in men's 7.5 RED which is a correct conversion but they are at least 1/2 size smaller and maybe even 1 size shorter. The toe is rounded and that may be the reason. I used to buy men's Airwalks in a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly but were a little different in style. Otherwise I like the look very much and they are very light. The outsole is more like foam rubber than regular hard rubber.
