No answer to the "guarantee " question

Leash of good length and very comfortable in the hand. We love the braided design. However, the seller has a note on the listing that they offer warranty or replacement for any issues and we have attempted to contact them with no response. The leash is listed as strong and chew resistant but does not fit that description. It's not entirely easy to hold, even for people with grip strength.
