*Update* Excellent customer service. They covered it with a 1 year warranty and sent me a new one that works great. I hope this one lasts longer than the first. In any case, I'm satisfied! This worked great for about 2 months with occasional use. I kept it in my laptop bag and only used it when my laptop needed an extra charge, usually after a few hours of Zoom calls. Today I noticed that my laptop is not charging anymore. Tried different sockets, checked the reliability of the adapter cables, etc. Nothing. I even tried it on a colleague's laptop - nothing. The price was good, but for now it was a rather disappointing waste of money considering how short it actually worked.
