Overall I'm very happy with this product and the only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the lack of specific instructions for it. General photo instructions for other products were of little value. After figuring out how everything worked I made a template on a large sheet of paper by first assembling the shelf and then laying it on the paper to outline the shelf brackets. I then centered the wall brackets on these two square outlines to position the holes and drew a line between them which allowed me to properly line up the template on the wall. This allowed me to drill holes in the right places, which worked well and got the end result right on the first try.
