I bought this case and keyboard hoping I could write while traveling without having to carry a laptop around. When I first plugged in the keyboard, the lag on it was terrible. I'm not a very fast typist, but I type pretty fast and the keyboard can't keep up with me. I thought I would give it some time and it would magically repair itself. And it happened a week later! I was so pleased when I started typing and he effortlessly kept up with my pace. Until I realized that the spacebar didn't work. Not at all. I've tried turning it on and off, syncing and re-syncing, and nothing. I contacted Revain who told me to contact the seller and I never got a response from them. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service - the product is essentially useless to me which is also disappointing. I will contact Revain for a refund and purchase another product from a more trusted seller.
