I got this when my grandma visits 4 nights a week. She takes my bed and I sleep on a cot. The pillow is very firm and hard. After sleeping on it for two weeks, you can see the shape of my shoulder and hips clearly marked in the pillow (170lbs). I ended up buying a $50 3 inch mattress topper (cut to size) and a slipcover. That's a lot more convenient. But installing it and breaking it back onto the ottoman is pretty easy and effortless.
