Doesn't help with foot, hand and nail care

I feel like I need a lesson to teach me how to use it. Very simple guide. Lift, put on the nail, bend. NO. Every time I took out one of the wrappers, it behaved like cling film, twisting and turning on itself. Annoying and unhelpful.
